Render Farm Testing Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Render Farm Testing professional to take on a contract role that requires preparing and testing various sequences using different plugins on our render platform and other commercially available render platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a range of sequences from open source or paid sources and set up renders with appropriate plugins to benchmark them on our render platform and others.
  • Manage plugin versions and ensure high-quality lighting and textures in the rendered outputs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in rendering high-quality commercial scenes, e.g., for premium advertising, AAA game cutscenes, or settings with demanding visual quality.
  • Proven expertise in working with a variety of Blender plugins, including their installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud/distributed rendering techniques and tools.

This is a remote contract role that will require approximately 100 hours of work over a period of one month. If you have the necessary skills and experience, we would like to hear from you.
