We are seeking a qualified PBS clinician to join our team in Sydney. As a PBS clinician, you will work with individuals with complex needs to design and implement effective therapy plans that promote independence and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct meaningful assessments and develop impactful therapy plans for participants
- Build enduring relationships with participants and their families
- Celebrate every milestone with participants and their families

About you: We're after qualified PBS clinicians who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form. The ones who have the courage to challenge ideas (yes, even ours) when participant's interests are at stake.
Requirements:- Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work
- 3+ years of Behaviour Support experience
- PBS registration
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
