We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Brisbane Litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to broaden your experience with complex, commercially significant disputes and work on commercial litigation and insolvency matters without a clear precedent.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach. You will engage in strategic and critical thinking due to the complexity of disputes and navigate unstructured files. Additionally, you will mentor our junior cohort and contribute to their growth and development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and resolve complex commercial disputes with a high level of expertise
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes for clients
  • Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members
