About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Only About Children. As a key member of our campus team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education, development, and care to our children, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our children at all times by actively supervising and interacting with them.
  • Deliver high-quality education and care to our children, ensuring they are educated and cared for to the highest standard.
  • Build trusting relationships with each child, interacting with them in a warm and responsive way.
  • Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for our children, providing childcare services that comply with national regulations and the National Quality Framework.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of routines and programs specific to the room, including small groups.
  • Implement the Grow curriculum within the campus, documenting children's learning through the OAC Connect app.
  • Work collaboratively with the campus team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and care, supporting and mentoring other team members.

Requirements
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
  • A creative, supportive, and cooperative team player
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
