What We Offer

Your Role:

  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Providing transportation to appointments, shopping, and social outings
  • Delivering personal care services, including hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and mealtime assistance
  • Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations, and providing ongoing support and training
  • Ensuring safety practices are adhered to, maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff

Requirements:

  • Current Australian driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
  • Minimum six months' experience in a similar industry or certification in care
  • Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday and Friday
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19, with a minimum of two doses
  • Alignment to our values of Warm, Bold, and Honest
  • Proficiency in an additional language is valued but not mandatory
