About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Sparrow Early Learning Sippy Downs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and delivering funded kindergarten programs within a long day care setting, working in partnership with our leadership team to plan a rich and diverse educational program including community excursions and in-house incursions and programs.

What You'll Need

  • A Bachelor of Education (in Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification
  • High-level knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • A current and valid Working with Children check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Experience working with children with a range of abilities and interests

The Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional allowances for those with increased responsibilities.
