Program Director

We're seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our digital health platform launch. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.

Your Mission:

You'll be responsible for bridging the gap between our clients and our team, ensuring a successful partnership launch and long-term growth.

  • Coordinating product delivery: Gathering client requirements, aligning with our product team, and ensuring smooth releases.
  • Driving member activation: Working with clients to design and promote compelling campaigns that bring members onto our app.
  • Boosting member engagement: Launching challenges, campaigns, and experiences to keep our clients' members active and engaged.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management, ideally in health-tech, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with both corporate clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver activation and engagement campaigns in digital environments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: structured, agile, and outcome-driven.
