Flight Simulation Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Flight Simulation Instructor to join our team at CAE Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality training to KC-30 A pilot students, utilising state-of-the-art simulator technology.

This role requires strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of instructors.

A relevant aviation background, combined with experience in Defence aviation training environments, is essential for this position.

• Deliver simulator instruction to KC-30 A pilot students
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training material that supports syllabus delivery
• Engage with simulator maintenance technicians to report identified simulator issues

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to actively demonstrate and integrate safety practices in daily operations.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This role is based at RAAF Base Amberley, QLD.
