About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our team at Strikeforce AMC. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient supply chain exists between Woolworths and suppliers.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with suppliers to forecast and plan replenishment, achieving OBSL & Inventory targets, and identifying process improvements to ensure smooth end-to-end supply into Woolworths.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in supply or demand planning and forecasting processes within FMCG
  • Knowledge of Woolworths VRP systems is highly regarded
  • FMCG analytical experience and a solution-driven mindset
  • Able to problem-solve and conduct root cause analysis
  • Highly developed negotiation skills and the ability to influence a cross-section of stakeholders
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

You will be a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well both autonomously and within a broader team, and enjoys the challenge of a complex product and brand range.
