This role offers flexible casual positions with the potential for permanent part-time employment for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering care in a person-centered manner that honors the rights and preferences of each client.
  • Assisting clients with personal grooming, dressing, and household tasks.
  • Providing companionship and support during daily activities and errands.
  • Encouraging participation in social and recreational events.
  • Preparing meals, assisting with feeding, and managing medication schedules.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's health and wellbeing.
  • Responding effectively to emergency situations as they arise.
  • Availability for weekend and overnight shifts as required.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability) or equivalent (Required).
  • Current National Police Check (Required).
  • Working With Children Check (Optional).
  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications (Required).
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in providing care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities is highly regarded.
