As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting all foods according to standard recipes, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Implement food safety and hygiene standards as outlined in HACCP principles and local guidelines.
- Prepare and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation methods.
- Minimize food wastage and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to create menus, rosters, and other kitchen-related initiatives.
