This is a high-level position within the health service, overseeing operational and professional leadership across Acute Medical and Renal services.
The Nursing Director plays a key role in driving excellence in nursing practice, ensuring delivery of evidence-informed standards and policies.
Key responsibilities include leading service design, planning, development, implementation, and management, as well as providing expert advice to senior leaders.
