- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and mobility assistance.
- Offer respite and emotional support, providing a listening ear and a helping hand when needed.
- Transport customers to appointments and social events, promoting independence and community involvement.
- Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, including dementia and other conditions.

- We offer guaranteed hours close to home as a permanent part-time employee, ensuring a stable and predictable work schedule.

- We offer support at every step of your employment journey, with a dedicated team and resources to help you succeed.
- Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- You must care about assisting our aged community and be committed to providing high-quality care and support.
- You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a part of the role.
- You must be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help when needed.
- You must be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
