Festive Retail Sales Assistant

Celebrate the festive season with your local team and discover what's next in retail. This is an exciting opportunity to join our store team as a Seasonal Casual Team Member and help us bring joy to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve customers with warmth and a smile, providing excellent customer service.
- Keep shelves stocked and the store looking great, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
- Support online orders and store operations, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Work safely and as part of a close-knit team, adhering to health and safety protocols.

- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Availability across weekdays, weekends, and busy trading periods, including public holidays.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations.
- Retail or customer service experience is great, but not essential, we provide training and support.
This role supports our peak Christmas trading period, so we're looking for team members who can be available regularly throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays. While we don't expect you to work every day, we're unable to accommodate leave during this time. If you have holidays booked over Christmas, this role may not be suitable.
