Learning Experience Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Learning and Knowledge Team as we strive to create a fun, engaging, and accessible learning environment. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions for frontline employees and partners.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in partnering with stakeholders and functions in financial services. They should also possess a deep understanding of different learning and communication styles, as well as knowledge management principles.
- You'll work closely with the Senior Manager Learning & Knowledge to develop and deliver learning strategies, creating learning pathways for front-line employees and partners.
- In this role, you'll design and develop procedural content and learning materials utilising adult education methodologies and instructional design approaches.
- Able to introduce emerging technologies into the business, you'll leverage your expertise with media production software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition) and 2D animation (Adobe Animate).
- With solid experience in e-learning tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, SCORM), you'll ensure seamless integration with our Learning Management System (LMS).
We offer a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you'll enjoy a flexible working environment, great compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
