The Role
We are seeking an outstanding front-of-house professional who will be the primary point of contact for clients. This multifaceted position combines client relations, scheduling, administrative support, and reception duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, representing OTFC Group with excellence
- Schedule consultations and provide timely support to ensure a positive client experience
- Conduct client onboarding, executing all necessary documentation and agreements efficiently
- Support Occupational Therapists to streamline service delivery
- Provide administrative assistance as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, creating a welcoming environment for clients
- Proven experience in an administrative support and client-facing role
- Knowledge of scheduling operations, customer interaction, and reception duties
- Strong organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HubSpot is advantageous but not essential

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
