Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a unique role as the After Hours Nurse Manager.
">This position requires flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, with a primary focus on night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations within a team environment.
">The ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to provide safe, efficient, and effective care to patients outside of business hours.
">Key responsibilities include providing oversight to clinical areas, ensuring patient outcomes, and maintaining a high level of quality in all aspects of care.
