Cleaning Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the management of multiple cleaning contracts throughout the Perth metropolitan area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive a high-quality service and that their needs are met.

The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry and will possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage cleaners and cleaning personnel effectively. A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills is essential for this role, as you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and undertaking cleaning audits
  • Identifying and rectifying issues raised
  • Facilitating training
  • New site set ups and training
  • WHS audits
  • Coordinating relief employees, staff changes and staff leave
  • Relief cleaning (if required)
  • Management meetings
  • Direct management of Cleaning Supervisor
  • Taking responsibility and accountability with all tasks
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • Advanced knowledge of Commercial Cleaning Industry
  • Good time management
  • The ability to manage cleaners and cleaning personnel
  • Great communication skills
  • Driver's License
  • The right to work in Australia
  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours weekdays, mornings, days or evenings
