At SA Health, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) in Berri.

About the Role

This Temporary Full Time Contract position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in mental health care. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care to consumers in community, acute, and rehabilitation settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect care to consumers with mental health needs, working collaboratively with Registered Nurses to assess and deliver nursing care in line with care plans.
  • Engage with consumers to deliver person-centred care, support their safety and recovery, and contribute to risk minimisation and management of challenging behaviours.
  • Contribute to the provision of evidence-based, integrated clinical care across multiple settings, ensuring consumer care is personalised and delivered in a safe, professional, and effective manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current enrolment or eligibility for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • A current practicing certificate.
  • Experience or a willingness to provide nursing care in mental health settings.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal consumers is highly valued.
