Responsibilities
  • Design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Lead a small team to develop high-quality business solutions and integrations
  • Support, operate, and improve existing products and solutions
  • Ensure solutions meet the information and decision support needs of internal and external customers
  • Analyze logs and analytics to identify issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Support and maintain existing systems and solutions
  • Maintain documentation for supported solutions
Requirements
  • Strong architecture and design skills in the Microsoft stack
  • Advanced knowledge of .NET / C#
  • Good documentation skills for functional and technical specs
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience mentoring team members
