About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Programme Manager to join our AWS Infrastructure Capacity Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional and technical teams to deliver new Data Centre infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery teams to design, implement, test, and deploy new Data Centre infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in delivery of technical infrastructure projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating project schedules.
  • Experience reviewing technical problems and providing clear options and recommendations to lead teams to decisions and delivery.
  • Experience conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and presenting information to key stakeholders.
  • Experience with Data Centre project delivery, especially delivery of power and cooling infrastructure.
  • Experience delivering projects for commercial and government customers.
  • Knowledge of the Australian Data Centre market.
