About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all operations, including food and beverage, gaming rooms, accommodations, guest check-in/check-out, budget management, recruitment, promotion and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and develop budgets that meet sales targets
  • Recruit, train and manage staff effectively
  • Develop and communicate standard operating procedures
