Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the Technology industry.

Your primary objective will be to understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches. You will also be responsible for negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will also need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all aspects of your work.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, with a high desire to break open new business and gain market share. You will also be a collaborative and energetic team player who will contribute positively to team, office, and company culture.

Responsibilities
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities
  • Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches
  • Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies
  • Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience
Requirements
  • Experienced Recruitment Consultant from the Agency industry with a strong track record of performance in recruiting Technology professionals
  • Growth mindset with a high desire to break open new business and gain market share
