Drive Growth and Success as Our Acquisition Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Aquisition Marketing Manager to join our client's high-performing team for a 12-month maternity leave cover. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a real impact, driving growth and elevating marketing efforts.

In this key role, you will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with a Sydney-based team dedicated to empowering SMBs, accountants, and bookkeepers worldwide. Your efforts will help them access the essential tools and resources needed to thrive in today's fast-paced market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns that drive subscription growth.
  • Innovate on strategies to reach more customers and boost conversions.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute campaigns across social media, search, display, and video channels.
  • Oversee language localisation for campaign activities.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better ROI and conversions.
  • Understand the full customer journey and its impact on marketing outcomes.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth/acquisition.
  • Experience in the B2B landscape – and preferred experience in subscription based models.
  • Proven success in a multi-channel marketing environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment committed to continuous improvement.

Benefits Package:

  • $484 per day + Super ($125,000 + Super).
  • Flexible working arrangements – only two days per week in the Sydney CBD office.
  • Initial 14-month contract.
