As a customer-facing representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be the face of our organisation and bring to life our commitment to providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
You will work throughout the store, performing a variety of tasks including restocking shelves, displaying fresh produce, picking orders for online customers, and being the last point of contact for customers as they leave the store with their shopping.
- Greet and acknowledge customers, show care and thank them for shopping with us.
- Adhere to our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of ourselves, colleagues, and customers.
- Assist customers by answering their questions or directing them to products throughout their shopping journey.
- Maintain fully stocked and tidy shelves to enable a fast and easy shopping experience.
- Pick and prepare orders for online customers to ensure timely delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your communication and interpersonal skills while working as part of a dynamic team to achieve common goals.
