Job Title

Seeking an experienced Agile Professional to join a small team. As a key member, you will collaborate with product development teams and customer product owners to ensure work progresses on schedule and meets desired quality levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering team progress.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and ensure high-quality products/solutions are delivered on time.
  • Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Agile methodologies (Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools.
  • Australian citizenship and minimum TSPV security clearance.
