Responsibilities include preparing and baking various sweet and savory items according to established recipes, ensuring high-quality presentation and consistency. Additionally, you will assist in developing new recipes and seasonal specialties, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth production flow.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a bakery or patisserie.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
