About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Assistant. As a key member of our Trade Counter team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them find solutions to their plumbing and building needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on our product range
  • Process sales and orders, and prepare customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain the branch warehouse, including picking, packing, and consigning orders, unloading, unpacking, and wrapping stock
  • Deliver customer orders around the local area, ensuring timely and efficient service
