Job Title: Culinary Professional

Job Description:

We are looking for someone with a passion for cooking and a strong desire to deliver exceptional results. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality food preparations, using only the freshest ingredients available.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including salads, soups, and main courses
  2. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
  3. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring timely delivery of orders
  4. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and complaints
  5. Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable environment
  2. Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
  3. Strong understanding of WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
  4. Good communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate others
  5. Ability to use your initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
