Pharmacist Rotation Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct medication reviews and reconcile medication charts
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharges

Requirements:
