Marketing and Communications Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications professional to join our organization. As a key member of the marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Map business insights, trends, retail audit data, internal data, and published reports to identify business opportunities in line with our 5-year strategic plan for the ANZ region.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' businesses to develop customized solutions that drive topline and bottom-line growth and help customers offer more sustainable solutions in our packaging formats.
  • Support the execution of a strong innovation pipeline with customers in consultation with key account managers, stimulating customers to co-create new product offerings and explore new market segments.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing programs to build our brands in the region.
  • Drive awareness for our brand and product portfolio to reach new customers and key influencers of existing customers' organizations.
  • Implement marketing support programs including the development of marketing collateral in collaboration with key account managers.
  • Provide sleeves, mock-ups, and filled samples to internal and external customers.
  • Initiate opportunity data in our CRM system.
  • Assist in the execution of our Net Promotor Score program, including data collection, specifically customer feedback, follow-up, and review.
