About the Role

The General Practitioner (GP) Registrar - Obstetrics provides a high-quality clinical service to O&G patients at Albury Wodonga Health. This involves developing clinical judgement, acquiring procedural skills, and establishing clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills to achieve relevant outcomes.

This role requires gaining clinical experience, knowledge, and expertise in Obstetric medicine based on the five domains of General Practice as outlined by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP):

  • Communication Skills and the Patient-Doctor Relationship
  • Applied Professional Knowledge and Skills
  • Population Health and the Context of General Practice
  • Professional and Ethical Role
  • Organisational and Legal Dimensions
