Piccolo Me is expanding its operations and seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an expert coffee professional. This role involves preparing high-quality coffee, tea, and cold beverages to meet customer expectations.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can interact effectively with customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in busy environments, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks, taking orders, and resolving any issues promptly. They will also be expected to maintain espresso equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing Drinks: Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and cold beverages to meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintenance of Equipment: Maintain espresso equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
