Job Title: Senior Site Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and coordinate clinical trials in the field of Oncology/Haematology.
About the Role:The Senior Site Manager will serve as the sponsor's interface with the investigative site, covering all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and close out activities.
- Manage and coordinate phase I-IV clinical trials
- Serve as the sponsor's interface with the investigative site
- Cover all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and close out activities
- Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing or Life Sciences
- 3+ years of on-site experience of clinical trial monitoring (preferably in haematology and oncology)
- Demonstrated success as a CRA (Clinical Research Associate)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, company SOPs, local laws and regulations, and assigned protocols
- Proficient in using IT software applications and company systems
- Willingness to travel
