Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at MediPeople. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality primary health care services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive primary health care services.
- Diagnose, treat, and refer patients as needed, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct health checks and care plans for eligible clients, promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.
- Manage long-term conditions and offer health promotion, education, and support to patients and their families.
- Order necessary diagnostic tests and make referrals to specialist services when required.
- Identify clients with mental health or dual diagnosis, providing empathetic and supportive care.
- Treat patients with drug and alcohol addiction, utilizing evidence-based treatments and interventions.
Requirements:
- FRACGP or FACRRM essential for this role.
- AHPRA registration is required for all medical professionals.
- Dedication to quality primary health care and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
- Medicare provider number, ensuring seamless billing and reimbursement processes.
