A Forensic Data Analytics Manager specialises in wage compliance, helping clients identify and remediate breaches against an employer's Enterprise Agreement, Modern Award, National Employment Standards or jurisdictional based long service leave legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical design and development of analysis models to identify and quantify wage compliance risks.
- Work with subject matter specialists to understand business requirements for modelling.
- Collaborate with clients to identify root causes of wage compliance issues and establish plans for remediation.
- Conduct testing and provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- Document results and prepare working papers and reports to support analysis.
- Support proposal development and other business development activities.
- Experience in analysis of large and complex payroll and time & attendance data to identify or quantify wage compliance issues.
- At least 4 years of experience in development of SQL, Alteryx or Excel data models.
- Proven track record of leading small teams of data analysts.
- Skilled in translating complex business and legal requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong project management skills.
- Desired tertiary qualifications in a combination of business disciplines and technical disciplines.
