Senior Graphic Designer Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will develop and implement visually appealing and commercially effective design strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

This senior role oversees the creative direction of marketing campaigns, brand toolkits, web content, and promotional assets to ensure consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, creativity, and innovative thinking to champion brand consistency, creative excellence, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead creative concept development, design, and finished artwork for all marketing campaigns, brand toolkits, web content, and promotional assets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to interpret brand strategy into inspiring and commercially effective creative executions.
  • Lead the development of a long-term brand platform to drive cohesion and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain T2's brand visual identity guidelines ensuring consistent application across all channels and markets.
  • Design and oversee the production of assets for T2's website, email marketing, social media, in-store communications, and events.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, digital teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality channel-optimized creative.
  • Ensure creative outputs reflect an understanding of target audiences, cultural trends, and retail marketing best practices.
