Member Support Specialist Role Overview

This youth-focused position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people. As a Member Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our members and clubs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for working with young people. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with Canva or be willing to learn.

The role involves administrative tasks, event planning, and communication through various channels. Meeting minutes will be taken, and training is provided as needed.

We are seeking a positive and motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will develop valuable skills and experience while making a real difference in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting members and clubs
  • Organizing events, activities, and competitions
  • Administrative tasks and email management
  • Communication through website, print, membership portal, and social media
  • Taking meeting minutes

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Canva experience or willingness to learn
  • Good administration and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and love for working with young people
