Development Engineering Coordinator

About this Role
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and undertake engineering assessments for development applications, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation and standards.
- Manage post-consent processes including subdivision works certificates and approvals under the Roads Act 1993 and Local Government Act 1993.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of professionals across engineering and development planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering policies, practices and delivery of public infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support precinct planning and development activities.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in development engineering assessments and determinations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing applications for subdivision works certificates and roads act approvals.
- Strong working knowledge of MUSIC and DRAINS modelling software.
- Current class C driver's licence and white card general construction induction.
- Proven leadership and team coordination experience in local government or consultancy environment.
