**Job Title: Personal Care Worker**

• Provide personal care to assist residents in maintaining their independence and manage medications.
• Assist and enable residents to complete activities according to their individual care plans.
• Contribute to hotel services by checking residents' daily menu requirements, meal preparation, and delivery.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certificate III in Aged Care (preferred) or currently working towards.
• Medication experience and medication competency is a must.
• Previous experience in Aged Care.
• Commitment to providing excellent residential care and services.
• Basic computer skills.

**Essential Checks and Documents**

• NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance.
• Current Police check clearance.
• Proof of Work rights in Australia.
• Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate.
• Proof of Flu vaccination.
