Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Professional to provide exceptional customer experiences throughout the purchasing journey. The successful candidate will work closely with our Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for day-to-day operations of the display centre
  • Greet and assist visitors to the display home, schedule appointments
  • Support customers through the sales cycle from developing/qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with the Building and Design Consultant to achieve business goals
  • Evaluate sales documentation and paperwork for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate cross functionally with all departments
