Transport Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to manage our fleet of 10-15 trucks in and around Melbourne. As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and administration tasks, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining a high level of commitment and punctuality.

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling and administration, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Intermediate Excel skills and SAP experience are preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate transport operations, including scheduling and administration tasks
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Book and schedule transport to meet deadlines
  • Perform administrative tasks, including maintenance of purchase orders and delivery records

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a reliable and self-motivated individual who is looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
