Carer Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Carer Trainee in our Runaway Bay Care Home. As a Carer Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in aged care, while working towards a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) qualification.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, minimum 21 hours per week, with a mix of remote-based learning and on-the-job training. You will work closely with our experienced care team to provide high-quality care to our residents, while also completing your formal training.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this role, you must have valid work rights in Australia and be either an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident. Working holiday visas and student visas with work restrictions are not suitable for this role.
