About the Role

As a Corporate Finance Specialist, you will oversee banking relationships, debt management, and risk mitigation strategies. Reporting to the Head of Treasury & Insurance, your expertise will support engagement with investors and rating agencies, execution of financial transactions, and compliance with treasury reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with banks and oversee foreign exchange, money market and interest rate transactions to manage risk.
  • Support the management of ~$4 billion debt book, including investor engagement.
  • Oversee treasury reporting and ensure compliance with financial obligations.
  • Prepare financial models and presentations for investors, banks, and rating agencies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you have at least 3 years' experience in a corporate treasury role within a large complex organisation. You will bring a strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • Expertise in managing financial transactions, including money markets, FX, and interest rate swaps.
  • A deep understanding of corporate debt management and capital market issuances.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
