Job Description

The Senior Delivery Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of a number of squads within the Data and AI team. This role works closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure dependencies and timelines are managed, facilitating agile ceremonies and focusing on the needs of the team.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end delivery for the Data and AI portfolio of projects and product features.
  • Manage and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, big room planning, SoS) for multiple squads, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Iteration Manager or Delivery Manager role across a portfolio or program.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and their practical application).
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
  • Proven ability to identify, manage and resolve complex dependencies and impediments.
  • Proficient with Agile project and collaboration management tools, such as JIRA, DevOps, MIRO.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving changes and maturity around agile delivery practices.
  • Relevant agile certifications.
