Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Training Needs Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the learning organization, you will be responsible for analyzing training needs across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience in designing and delivering customized training programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze training needs across various departments
  • Design and deliver customized training programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve knowledge retention and application
