Job Title: Professional Learning and Content Development Project Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the development and review of online content and professional learning for the Michigan Association of School Administrators (MAISA). The successful candidate will collaborate with project directors and coordinators, as well as key stakeholders, to deliver high-quality content and learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage EduPaths content, project plan, timelines, deliverables, implementation, and outcomes
- Collect regular input and interact with project stakeholders and participants
- Collaborate with the MAISA Early Literacy team to ensure coherence
- Develop and design professional learning materials and modules
- Present to large groups in engaging and thoughtful ways
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience teaching
- Experience using adult learning principles to facilitate professional learning
- Understanding of the role of ISDs and their relationship with local school districts
- Demonstrated application of project management and leadership skills
Professional Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with the Google Suite, Virtual Meetings, and other Educational Technology
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Benefits:
- Annual salary of $75,000, 401k contribution, health and leave benefits
Conditions:
- This is an at-will position and can be terminated by either party
- The position is dependent on renewal based on performance review and funding
