  • Provide business analysis support to the delivery teams, including requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support business initiatives.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' business analysis experience from a large organization working on significant transformation programs.
  • A background in the insurance industry is preferable.
  • Minimum 3 years' Agile, Lean, and waterfall experience, including knowledge of Agile practices, workshops, and Agile ceremonies facilitation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and influencing skills, including experience in dealing with various levels of stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to make a difference.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines, while also working autonomously.
