Key responsibilities include performing routine inventory management processes and warehouse tasks to support customers and daily site operations. This includes managing, coordinating, and delivering critical materials to support the Network Maintenance teams and approved contractors.
About the role:- Perform regular inventory checks and warehouse duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the delivery of essential materials to support Network Maintenance teams and authorized contractors.
- Conduct internal and vendor-held stocktaking as required, including cycle counts as directed, and identify any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment in the warehouse.
- Operate high-risk plant and equipment as needed and adhere to general housekeeping standards.
- Safely load, secure, and unload materials for delivery vehicles.
We're seeking an individual with strong inventory management skills, current forklift license, and hands-on experience in a busy logistics setting.
- Proficiency in SAP Materials Management or equivalent.
- A valid forklift ticket with at least 2 years' experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of policies and procedures.
- Hold other high-risk tickets for mobile plant operations (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
