Job Title: Plumbing Trade Counter Assistant

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Assistant. In this role, you will provide excellent service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople, helping them access the products they need for building and renovation projects.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and information about products
  • Offer quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Pick, pack and stock control activities
  • Maintain shop floor displays and ensure accurate product information
  • Use a computer and learn new systems
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure accurate product information
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
